PORTLAND FRIED CHICKEN - EASY 
1 chicken, cut in pieces & skinned
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. crushed Rice Krispies
1/4 tsp. paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll damp chicken in crushed cereal. Place on nonstick baking sheet and sprinkle with pepper and paprika. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.

If crispier chicken is preferred begin baking at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Then lower heat to 350 degrees. Makes 6 servings.
