SEA SHELL SALAD 
3 stalks fresh broccoli or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
8 oz. dry macaroni shells
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 oz. imitation crab

Wash broccoli and peel stems (if fresh); slice. Steam broccoli until tender-crisp. (If using frozen broccoli, just thaw and slice.) Cook macaroni shells per package instructions until just tender; drain. In medium bowl, mix together onion, garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, olive oil, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Toss with cooked macaroni shells and broccoli. Chill. Add imitation crab before serving and toss.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
