OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. baking potatoes, unpeeled, cut in wedges
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2 shallow baking dishes.

Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake 45 minutes or until potatoes are brown and tender. Turn over midway through and brush with mixture again.
