OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. baking potatoes
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika

Cut potatoes into 8 long wedges (unpeeled) and arrange peeled side down in baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and brush on wedges. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Serves 4-6.
