1 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr instant vegetable soup
1 box frozen spinach, drained
Water chestnuts, if desired

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with crackers or chips.
