QUICK CHOWDER 
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 sm. onion, diced
2 c. broccoli pieces
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
1 can potato soup
1 can celery soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. canned corn
4 oz. shredded cheese

Cook onion, broccoli and pepper in oil just until tender. Add soups and 2 cups water. Heat to boiling. Add corn, milk and cheese. Heat until cheese melts. Makes 8 cups.
