WHITE CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES | |
1 1/4 c. all purpose flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/8 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter, room temperature 1/4 c. granulated sugar 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 6 oz. white chocolate, chopped (1 c.) 1/2 c. walnuts (opt.) 1. In bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. 2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars until smooth. Add vanilla and egg. Beat until light. 3. Add flour mixture, chopped chocolate and walnuts; blend well. 4. Shape cookies by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. 5. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes until golden. |
