CHILE VERDE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can diced green chile, Ortega
5 potatoes
Season salt
1 c. water
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 pkg. regular size flour tortillas

Cut potatoes in bite-size pieces and fry up in a large skillet with cooking oil. Pour water in slowly so potatoes don't stick. Cook potatoes until soft. Add seasoning to taste. Add to ground beef a can of Ortega chile and cook until brown. Serves 4.

Hint: Tortillas are to be eaten with meal - they act as the utensils. No need to use forks. Just cut tortillas in fourths and scoop up Chile Verde with it and eat!
