ARROZ CON LECHE 
3/4 c. rice
1 cinnamon stick
2 c. water
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. milk
2 egg yolks, lightly beaten
2 tbsp. raisins

Soak the rice for 15 minutes in hot water, then rinse in cold water and put to boil with the cinnamon in 2 cups water. When the liquid has been absorbed, reduce the heat. Continue to cook over low heat until rice is tender.

Serve warm or chilled with whipped cream.
