CHICKEN DRESSING 
1 hen, boiled and diced
1 (9 x 11 x 1 1/2 inch) cake corn bread
1/2 sm. loaf light bread
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
6 boiled eggs
3 raw eggs
Pepper to taste
4 or 5 tbsp. mayonnaise

Put onion and celery in a little chicken broth and bring to boil. Crumble bread and light bread, add boiled eggs, mix with broth until soupy. Add onion, celery and raw eggs, mayonnaise and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Mix in diced chicken and bake about 30 minutes at 400 degrees or until light brown. The mayonnaise keeps the dressing from drying out.
