CUSTARD BLENDER PIE 
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients, except coconut, in blender jar and blend well. Pour into well greased 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle coconut and nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
