SAUSAGE BALLS 
2 c. Bisquick
2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 lb. sausage
1/2 to 1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Sift Bisquick. In a large mixing bowl, break up pork into chunks; gradually add in Bisquick, cheese and crushed red pepper. Mix well. With hands, roll into quarter sized balls and place on a cookie sheet.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

To reheat, cover and heat in microwave and serve in a warm crock-pot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
