SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
4 c. bread cubes (or unseasoned stuffing mix)
1 c. melted butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk

Combine butter, sugar, eggs and pour over bread and stir. Pour on milk and pineapple and stir. Pour in greased dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
