GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 c. raw carrots, coarsely grated
2 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
2 lg. cans mushrooms, drained
2 pkgs. frozen green beans (French)
2 pkgs. frozen sm. lima beans
2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can celery soup, undiluted
1 c. light cream
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. grated or regular dill seed
Dash of pepper (NO SALT)
2 cans French fried onion rings
1 c. grated Cheddar or American cheese

Combine carrots, water chestnuts, mushrooms with green beans, lima beans, celery soup and mushroom soup; then the light cream and milk. Add dill seed and pepper (NO SALT). Cover with onion rings. Top with grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 16.
