LITTLE DUMPLINGS | |
6 eggs 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt Beat eggs in a bowl with spices. Add flour and mix until gooey. If it's too stiff add a little water. Drop by teaspoons into boiling chicken broth. (Or any boiling soup mix - chili, etc.) After all the dumplings are dropped in, turn heat down to simmer. Cover and cook for 20 to 25 minutes. |
