SCALLOPED BROCCOLI | |
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. broccoli cuts 8 oz. pkg. wide egg noodles 10 3/4 oz. can cheddar cheese soup 1/3 c. milk 2 1/2 oz. jar mushrooms 1 1/2 c. cubed cheddar cheese 1/4 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. butter, melted Pepper and salt to taste Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook broccoli and noodles according to package directions; drain. In greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, blend soup and milk together until smooth. Stir in broccoli, noodles, cheese, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Combine crumbs with melted butter; sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
