PORK CHOPS & POTATOES 
6 to 8 pork chops
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp. melted butter
8 med. potatoes, sliced
2 med. onions, sliced
1 c. warm water
1 or 2 pkg. brown gravy mix
Dash garlic salt

BROWN chops is butter in electric skillet at 375 degrees. Remove chops and lower the temperature to 300 degrees. Spread potatoes and onions in skillet. Place pork chops on top of vegetables.
