LOW CHOLESTEROL POUND CAKE 
2 sticks corn oil butter
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. all purpose flour
1 c. 2% low fat milk
6 egg whites, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon extract

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Sift baking powder and flour. Add sugar mixture alternately with milk. Fold in beaten egg whites, vanilla and lemon extract. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
