BANANA SPLIT CAKE | |
1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c. butter 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1/2 c. butter 2 eggs 2 c. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 3 or 4 bananas 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip Cherries and nuts (optional) Use a 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt butter (1/2 cup) and sprinkle crumbs over butter. Bring cream cheese to room temperature and melt 1/2 cup butter; add eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until mixture is smooth. Put on top of the crumbs. Top with remaining ingredients and chill in refrigerator overnight. |
