PIERCY'S BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. sour milk, yogurt or buttermilk
1 c. mashed bananas (2 or 3 ripe)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in sour milk and mashed bananas. Sift together dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Add chopped nuts. Pour into 8 3/4 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
