ROBERT'S FAVORITE FETTUCCINE
PRIMAVERA
 
1 stick butter
16 oz. light cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. fettuccine
1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower
Garlic, salt, and pepper to taste

Cook fettuccine and vegetables according to directions. Drain. Melt butter. Toss in fettuccine; add cream, garlic, salt, pepper and cheese. Mix over low heat until thickened. Thin out with a little milk if it gets too thick. Remove from heat. Toss vegetables in an serve immediately.
