6 eggs, beat with beater 2 tbsp. cornstarch 1 c. sugar 1 quart milk 1 1/2 c. coconut Mix ingredients and pour into pie shell. Makes 1 big custard or 2 small pies. Bake at 400 to 450 degrees for about an hour or until set. | |
