CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. fresh cranberries
1 unpeeled apple (core removed & quartered)
1 unpeeled lemon (seeds removed & quartered)
1 unpeeled orange (seeds removed & quartered)
1 1/4 c. white sugar

Grind all ingredients in food chopper, medium blade. Mix well and add sugar; mix. Place in refrigerator in covered dish. Serve on fowl or roast meats. Can be kept indefinitely.
