RHUBARB CRUNCH | |
1 c. flour 5 tbsp. powdered sugar 1/2 c. butter 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 3/4 tsp. baking powder Dash of salt 2 c. rhubarb Mix 1 cup flour, powdered sugar and butter. Pat in bottom of 8 x 9 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar, 1/4 cup flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well and add rhubarb. Pour over crust and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. |
