MEXICAN PUFF OLE 
1 c. pitted ripe olives, halved
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 tsp. each salt & oregano

Grease bottom of 9 inch pie plate; place olives, cheese, chilies and onions in plate. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings in blender. Blend on high 15 seconds. Pour over ingredients in pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with salsa or picante sauce.
