PIQUANT CHICKEN 
2 chicken breasts
1/2 c. rose or red wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. salad oil
4 tbsp. water
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Remove skin and bones and place chicken in casserole dish. Combine the ingredients; mix well and pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
