PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 cans (15 oz.) pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
3/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 stack pkg. of Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick butter, melted

Pour pineapple chunks into greased casserole. In another bowl, mix sugar, flour, cheese. Put over pineapple in casserole. Top with cracker crumbs and pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve hot.
