TACO PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies, drained
1 c. milk
1 c. biscuit baking mix
2 eggs
1 c. grated cheese
Sliced tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) sour cream (optional)
Shredded lettuce

In skillet cook beef and onions. Add taco seasonings. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with chilies. In a bowl beat milk, eggs, and baking mix. Pour milk mixture over beef. Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve. Sprinkle on lettuce, cheese, sour cream and tomatoes on top.
