CRANBERRY NUT PIE | |
2 c. cranberries 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. melted butter or shortening 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 c. melted butter or shortening Place cranberries in a 10-inch greased pie plate. Sprinkle with nuts and white sugar. Pour melted butter on top. In bowl, mix eggs, brown sugar, flour and melted butter. Pour into pie plate. Do not mix the 2 layers. Bake at 325°F for 40 minutes or until crust is golden. |
