STUFFED STEAK 
2 lbs. bottom round or shoulder steaks, cubed
1 bag seasoned stuffing mix
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Meat tenderizer
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare meat by laying flat and sprinkling with garlic powder, onion powder, meat tenderizer, salt, and pepper. Let stand while preparing stuffing mix according to package; let cool. Put stuffing into mounds at the center of the meat and roll the meat into a large roll. Place into an oven-proof dish and cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Serves 4.
