2 lg. slabs round steak
2 sm. pkg. Stove Top stuffing (1 corn bread, 1 beef flavor)
1 c. golden mushroom soup
In skillet, brown each side of steak. Use small amount of oil. Drain and set aside. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Place on large sheet of heavy duty foil on a large jelly roll pan or other sided pan. Place one slab of steak on foil, spread stuffing on steak, pour soup over stuffing. Top with other steak. Hold steaks together with toothpicks. Fold foil and seal. Bake for 2 hours in slow oven at 225 degrees.
This recipe is great if you're gone for an afternoon, it's ready for dinner when you get home.
