12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter

Melt in pan. Pour over 1 (16 ounce) box Rice Chex and 12 ounces Spanish peanuts in bowl, mix well. Put into large plastic bag, add 2 to 3 cups powdered sugar and shake. Makes 2 ice cream pails full.
