CHICKEN IN WHITE WINE AND
TARRAGON
 
Pkg. boneless chicken, skin removed
1 c. dry white wine
1 tbsp. tarragon
Freshly ground black pepper

Place chicken in shallow pan, pour wine over it. Sprinkle with tarragon and pepper. Cover pan with foil and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove the foil and place under broiler to brown.
