CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. rice (not Minute Rice)
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 1/2 c. hot water
Sm. can peas, drained
Sm. can mushrooms
Chicken breast or ham
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can milk

Place all in a covered dish or cover with tin foil. Do not pre-cook chicken. Cook covered for 2 hours, uncover for 10 minutes at 350 degree oven.
