BEEF 'N CHEESE FOLDOVER 
1 lb. ground beef (or turkey)
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
6 slices American cheese
2 (8 oz.) cans crescent dinner rolls
2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds (if desired)

Brown meat and onion; drain. Stir in sauce; set aside. Unroll crescent dough into 4 long rectangles on ungreased cookie sheet. Overlap long sides, firmly press perforations and edges to seal. Pat to form 15x13 inch rectangle.

Spread meat mixture lengthwise in a 4-inch-wide strip down center of dough to within 1 inch of ends. Top meat with cheese slices. Fold shorter sides of dough 1-inch over filling. Bring long sides of dough rectangle over filling, overlapping edges. Pinch edges to seal. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
