CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME 
4 c. chicken or turkey, diced and cooked
3/4 c. dark or golden raisins
3/4 c. drained pineapple tidbits
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Fresh grapes for garnish

Blend together chicken or turkey, raisins, pineapple, mustard, curry powder, mayonnaise, and celery. Place 4 robust servings on bed of lettuce. Top each with chopped pecans and garnish with grapes.

Serve with fresh fruit. Makes 4 large servings.
