MERINGUE KISSES | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 2 egg whites 3/4 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat egg whites and salt until stiff, but not dry. Slowly add sugar and tartar. Fold in chips and vanilla. Bake on greased cookie sheet in slow oven, 25 degrees for 1 hour. I usually double recipe. Makes 2 1/2 dozen. |
