CREAMY CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
20 oz. frozen cauliflower
2/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. half and half (cream and milk)
3/4 tsp. salt

Cook cauliflower as directed, drain, keeping 1 cup of liquid. Melt butter and cook onion until soft. Blend in flour and pour into pot with broth. Cook, stirring until it comes to a boil. Stir in liquid from cauliflower and milk. Add Worcestershire sauce and salt. Mash cauliflower and add to mixture. Heat to boiling. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until cheese melts.
