CRUNCHY TACO CHICKEN 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 1/2 lbs. skinless chicken breasts or parts
2 c. corn chips, crumbled (crushed)

Combine butter and taco seasoning. Dip chicken breasts or parts in above mixture; then roll chicken in corn chip crumbs. Bake in pan at 350 degrees until done.
