TURKEY CABBAGE SOUP 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 lg. onion, peeled and chopped
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
1 1/4 lb. green cabbage, chopped
3 lg. carrots, peeled and chopped
2-3 ribs celery, chopped
1/2 beef bouillon cube
Ground pepper
Water if needed to thin

Brown turkey with onion. Drain fat. Transfer to saucepan. Add tomato juice, cabbage, carrots, celery, bouillon cube and pepper. Bring soup to boil, reduce heat, cover pan and simmer soup for 1 1/2 hours.
