HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper

Brown above ingredients together and drain.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Mexicorn, drained

Add above ingredients to meat mixture. Pour in casserole and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Put partially baked, canned biscuits on top and finish baking until golden brown.
