1 (1 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 c. melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. vanilla instant pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping

Mix 3/4 of the cookie crumbs and melted butter in bowl. Press in bottoms of 2 (8") pie plates. Mix cream cheese, softened butter and confectioners' sugar in bowl. Combine pudding mix and milk in bowl; beat until thick. Add to cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into pie shells. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer several minutes before serving. Yield: 12 servings.
