OYSTER STEW 
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water
1 or 2 pts. oysters with liquid
1 qt. scalded milk
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dry minced onion
Dash Worcestershire sauce

Combine flour, salt, and water in saucepan and blend to smooth paste; stir in oysters and their liquid. Place over low heat until oyster edges curl. Pour oyster mixture into hot milk. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce.

Cover and let stand 15 minutes. Add butter. Reheat to serving temperature. Do no boil! Serve.
