GREEN PEA SALAD 
1 lg. bag frozen green peas, defrosted
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper

Make sure peas are completely defrosted. Pat dry with paper towel. Mix all together. Chill 2-4 hours. Serves 8.
