EVERYTHING CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
2 lg. eggs
1/4 c. heavy cream
2 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted, cooled
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. quick rolled oats
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips

In a large bowl cream butter. Add brown sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each and stir in the cream, vanilla and chocolate. Add the sifted flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in oats, walnuts and chips. Drop the batter by rounded tablespoon 2 inches apart in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Makes 50 cookies.
