2 boxes frozen spinach
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
Chopped onion, to taste
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. cracker crumbs

Cook spinach as directed. Mix ingredients together gently and place in buttered casserole. Top with 1 cup grated cheese and sprinkle with 1 cup cracker crumbs. Use 7 x 11 inch dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
