SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 boxes frozen spinach
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/4 c. bacon bits
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese

Cook spinach. Drain very well. Mix mayonnaise, milk and eggs. Combine spinach, mushrooms, bacon bits and milk mixture. Pour into a greased casserole. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until set. Remove and sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese. Return to oven for 5 minutes. Serves 6.
