SPANISH NOODLES 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. shortening
8 oz. can tomato paste
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. water
7 oz. can Mexicorn
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp. chili powder
5 oz. pkg. egg noodles

In frying pan with cover, melt shortening. Add meat and cook until brown. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and steam until noodles are tender, approximately 20 minutes.
