CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. med. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts; chocolate chips

(Can use Saco buttermilk powder - liquid buttermilk best).

9 x 13 inch pan - 325 degrees for 45 minutes (could use 2 smaller pans).

Cream butter, oil, sugar. Beat in eggs, cocoa, buttermilk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture and zucchini. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle unbaked cake with chocolate chips and nuts. (Test with toothpick to see if done). Yummy! Servings: In 9 x 13 inch pan - depends on size of piece.
