CINNAMON CANDY 
1 c. sugar
1 c. white syrup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. red food coloring
1/2 tsp. oil of cinnamon

Boil sugar, syrup and water until hard crackle stage. Remove from heat. Add food coloring and oil of cinnamon. Pour in buttered 8 x 8 inch pan. Let cool then break into pieces.
